摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To attain quick countermeasure against a fault and to warrant the accuracy at a calculation speed coping with a large scale system by executing hierarchical distribute management comprising management of a main pipe network contacting divided blocks and management of a subordinate pipe network being a pipe network in a block. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of three blocks each comprising a subordinate pipe network 15 and a main pipe network 12 interconnecting the blocks. A fluid transportation system is made up the pipe networks, a supply source 11, a pump 13 and valves 14 or the like. In the management system of the coordinate distribution type, the distribution of pressure and the flow in the pipe network is properly maintained by controlling the pump 13 and the valves 14 or the like. In this system, a management sensor 16 managing the main pipe network 12 and sub centers 18-A-C managing respectively the three blocks are employed to distributingly manage the system. Thus, even when a large scale pipe network is an object, the pipe network is divided into a proper scale and the pipe network required for control is calculated at a high speed.</p>
