In a refractory ceramic moulding for flushing gas into a metal smelt, a net structure forms continuous gas ducts (11). The orifices (16) of the gas ducts (11) are distributed over a large region of the area of the surface (14) of the moulding (10) located on the gas-outlet side, in that the gas ducts (11) form a three-dimensional net structure in which they are spatially distributed the orifices (16) located on the gas-outlet side being arranged in a latticed pattern. <IMAGE>
