The invention relates to new cyclosporin-comprising oral pharmaceutical preparations. The new pharmaceutical preparations can be produced more easily and have a good bioavailability. In addition to cyclosporin as active ingredient the preparations contain an alkylene-polyether or alkylene-polyester. Optionally, an alkylene-polyole, an alkylene-glycole, a polyalkylene-glycole, an alkyldiether or paxtial ether of a lower monooxyalkandiole or polyoxyalkandiole and/or a vegetable oil or its hydrated or hydrolysed product may be contained.
