摘要 The invention describes a procedure which allows the correction of a non-linear relationship between the electrical phase angle and the mechanical output drive angle of stepping motors, using an encoder or the like having low resolution. The procedure according to the invention represents a compromise between the classical regulation of stepping motors, which is predicated on high resolution of angular detection, and a purely static correction of the characteristic. A considerable improvement in the synchronism is achieved, for example when using conventional claw-pole stepping motors as a pointer drive for a display unit (indicator) in a motor vehicle. The microstep drive is produced with a corrected sinusoidal form, coefficients which are evaluated by means of a simplified Fourier synthesis being used essentially for the correction. <IMAGE>
