In the case of a serving trolley having an inner space for the storage of food and drinks on board an aeroplane, the serving trolley being able to be kept in a storage region and its inner space having receiving levels for trays and a dividing wall having a heating/cooling device 8 with at least one Peltier element being arranged so that its heat-absorbing side faces a cooling compartment and its heat-emitting side faces a warming compartment of the inner space, the invention consists in the fact that the heating/cooling device 8 is constructed as a unit with contact springs 17 which is insertable into one receiving level and the serving trolley has on the inner faces of the walls 5, 6 in each case a vertical contact rail 11, 11' and externally on each narrow side there is arranged an electric pin-and-socket connector 10 which, upon docking in a storage region, serves to connect the heating/cooling device 8 to the on-board power supply.
