<p>PURPOSE:To shorten processing time by reading ROM data in order of the address of an address information file, and obtaining coordinate value data each time. CONSTITUTION:This device is formed of means 11 to 15 to operate by turns. Namely, it consists of the means 11 to read the ROM data from an EROM and generate a ROM data file, the means 12 to read the ROM data from the ROM data file in order of the arrangement in which a layout pattern is arranged in the address information file, the means 13 to divide this read data into a bit unit, the means 14 to detect '1' or '0' of the divided data, and the means 15 to calculate coordinate data on a mask if the data is '1'. Since the rearrangement of the ROM data and the generation of a truth data file are unnecessary, the processing time is short.</p> |
