PURPOSE:To perform high quality welding effectively without making unnecessary mars or burns on a welded article by welding the welded article to which supersonic vibrations are transmitted via a flexible film, to a welding article. CONSTITUTION:A head 6 is lowered by driving a cylinder 7 to press a welded article 3 via a flexible sheet 12 and supersonic vibrations are given to the welded article 3 via the head 6 by driving a vibrator 5. Heat is generated between the welded article 3 and a welding article 2 and the welded article 3 is welded to the welding article 2 firmly. By the existence of the flexible sheet 12, mars or burns by the head 6 are scarcely caused on the welded article 3 and quite stabilized finish is performed. |
