PURPOSE:To prevent reliably peeling of resin and a lining material, by a method wherein the title branch pipe possesses a connecting pipe part, whose inside diameter is larger than that of a branch pipe part, and is lined with normal-temperature-setting resin and the resin of the connecting pipe part and the lining material of the main pipe are stuck firmly together. CONSTITUTION:An inner circumferential surface of a main pipe part 10 is lined with a lining material made of synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride and a through hole 10a is formed on the side of the same. A through hole 12a provided on the lining material 12 has a diameter smaller than that of the through hole 10a of the main pipe part 10. A connecting pipe part 30 is, for example, welded to the circumference of the through hole 10a of the main pipe part 10 and the inside diameter of the same is equal with that of the through hole 10a. A branch pipe part 20 is communicated with the circumference of a communication hole 31 concentrically with the connecting pipe part 30 and, for example, welded. The inside of the connecting pipe 30 is lined especially desirably with tubular two pack type normal-temperature-setting resin 40 concentrically and the inside diameter of the same is about equal with the effective inside diameter of a branch pipe 20. An annular part 12b of the through hole 12a of the lining material 12 is fitted inside resin 40. |
