A molding manufacturing method for easily manufacturing an I-I/J-J molding which has different cross-sectional configurations in a longitudinal direction even in an undercut state, comprising the steps of extruding, through an extruding port provided in a die, a solid molding material having a predetermined cross-sectional configuration I-I using a resin material, the material (P1) of which is different from a material (P2) used for the main part of the molding, for an unnecessary part (12a) that is to be removed afterwards, and thereafter separating and removing from the main part of the molding material the unnecessary part (12a) formed of the resin material, the material (P1) of which is different from the material used for the main part of the molding.
