PURPOSE:To improve to a great extent a magnetic property by performing a heat treatment promoting ghe contact and movement of a thermal body while forcing it to an opposite face and removing a surface layer on the side face contacting with the air of an amorphous magnetic material formed by a liquid rapid cooling method. CONSTITUTION:By making use of a centrifugal drum rapid cooling method, a single roll cooling method, a twin roll cooling method and others, an alloy solution of Fe,Si, and B and others is jetted by a nozzle to a high speed rotor to make an amorphous ribbon 1 made ofFe7a, Si10,B12. Successively, a congealed face by being exposed to the air is polished about 5mum to be removed and the face making a contact with the rotor is caused to contact with the surface of the thermal body 2 and transferred at a velocity of 3cm/second to provided a heat treatment for it. According to such a process, a free surface layer formed on the surface is removed and the heat treatment is provided for it, thereafter a rectangular rate is improved and the magnetic porperty can be raised considerably. |
