PURPOSE:To obtain a metal laminating film having excellent form processing property, aroma preserving property, and impact resistance by making at least a central layer with an impact absorbing layer, in a metal laminating film wherein three resin layers are layered. CONSTITUTION:A metal laminating film is made by layering three resin layers A, B, and C. In this case, the central layer B is made of an impact absorbing layer. The layer A is made of a polyester biaxially oriented film and the layer C may have heat fusing property. Further, the central layer B may be made of a grain high filler layer. A relationship between an intrinsic viscosity IVB of the central layer B and an intrinsic viscosity IVM of the layer having larger intrinsic viscosity out of the layer A and the layer C is set to IVM >=IVB+0.05. On the other hand, a relationship between a melting peak temperature TA( deg.C) of the layer A and a melting peak temperature TC( deg.C) of the layer C is set to TA>=TC+1. Thus, a metal laminating film having excellent from processing property, aroma preserving property, and impact resistance can be obtained. |
