PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayer molded form in which an excellent surface external appearance is held by controlling a supply temperature of melted thermoplastic resin to a mold, pressurizing surface pressure and pressurizing time at the time of molding. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 6 is disposed between male and female molds of an opened state, the female mold 1 is then moved down to a suitable position, and melted thermoplastic resin 5 of 175-195 deg.C is supplied from a supply port 4 of the melted resin in the mold between the material 6 and the male mold 2. Then, the mold 1 is moved down substantially simultaneously upon completion of supplying the melted resin or after the supply, the molds are closed, the resin 5 is pressurized, and spread in the molds to be shaped. A pressurizing surface pressure at the time of completion of shaping is set to a range of 30-95kg/cm<2>. After completion of the shaping, it is immediately pressurized and cooled. The pressurizing time is so set that a product of the pressurizing surface pressure and the pressurizing time is set to a range of 100-1500kg/cm<2>.sec in response to the pressure during pressurizing cooling. Thus, no damage of the material is observed, no deformation exists, and a multilayer molded form having excellent external appearance is obtained. |
