PURPOSE: To allow a simple and cheap manufacture of an overhead support by a structure the support arm of which has a member made of an extruded profile having longitudinal webs extending in a direction substantially parallel to the side walls in spaced relation thereto, and the channel of which is defined by the top and bottom walls and the webs. CONSTITUTION: Support arms 3, 4 are made of an extruded profile having a substantially rectangular cross section. A T-shaped groove 13 is disposed substantially in the middle of various side walls, extending parallel to a longitudinal axial direction of the support arm. In the interior of the extruded member, are arranged longitudinal webs 14, 15 vertical to the top and bottom walls, extending parallel to side walls 10, 11 in spaced relation thereto. These webs are connected to the back of T-shaped groove 13 through longitudinal webs 16, 17 extending substantially parallel to a top wall 8 and a bottom wall 9. A channel 18 is formed by the top wall 8, bottom wall 9 and longitudinal webs 14, 15 for all kinds of supply lines to go through. |
