<p>PURPOSE:To provide a post treating apparatus which eliminates clogging of a sheet discharged to a stack shelf on the way while providing a binding function and further bind arbitrary corners of a sheet bundle stacked on the shelf. CONSTITUTION:A rotary power is transmitted to a staple driving lever 5 through a pinion 6 engaged with a rack 10a vertically moving by a staple driving of a staple driver of a stapler and a gear 14, a staple pressure received part 5a is inserted to a through hole 3c opened by a bin 3 to be rounded about a rear surface side of the bin 3 to support a lower part of a staple receiving groove 3b, and hence an end of a binding staple (p) driven through a recording sheet P is bent inside along the groove 3b.</p> |
