<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image apparatus capable of forming latent image of high image quality on a photosensitive body by accurately irradiating the surface of the photosensitive body with the light emitted from a light emitting diode element through a lens or capable of generating the accurate electric signal corresponding to external image data in a solid-state imaging element array by accurately forming an image on the solid-state imaging element array on the basis of external image data through a lens. CONSTITUTION:In an image apparatus wherein a lens plate 2 having a large number of lenses 5 linearly arranged and supported thereon at a predetermined interval and a base plate 1 having a large number of image element arrays 4 linearly arranged and placed thereon are provided and fixed through a spacer 3 so that the lenses 5 and the image element arrays 4 correspond each other in relation of 1:1, the coefficients of thermal expansion of the lens plate 2 supporting the lenses 5 and the base plate 1 having the image element arrays are made substantially same and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the spacer 3 is made negative.</p> |
