<p>PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive process for reclaiming waste paper without using a large scale equipment and a space for installing it and also without needing an enormous amount of expenses for installation and operation since none of the treatments, e.g. a disaggregation treatment using a pulper, a concentration treatment prior to a kneading treatment and a immersing treatment using an immersing tower is required in the production of reclaimed paper free from coloring caused by remaining pigments. CONSTITUTION:The deinked pulp is produced by immersing a waste paper containing <=8% of pressure sensitive paper and thermosensitive paper and >=20% of news papers without disaggregating with the concentration of 12-30% of pulp, subjecting this mixture to immersing treatment at 45-60 deg.C with a surface active agent consisting of alkali of <=1% calculated as NaOH based on the pulp, <=0.3% of a batty acid and a polyoxyalkylene derivative of a fat and oil and a chemical solution containing <=0.5% of hydrogen peroxide based on the pulp for 6-18 hours and effecting the following processes: kneading, dilution to 1% pulp solution by adding a diluting liquid, rough straining, floatation, fine straining, removal of light foreign materials and concentration.</p> |
