METHOD FOR RECONVERTING POLYOLEFIN-CONTAINING INDUSTRIAL WASTE INTO RESOURCE AND APPARATUS FOR RECONVERSION THEREOF INTO RESOURCE

PURPOSE:To obtain a method for recovering a polyolefin-containing industrial waste into resources in which the recycled polyolefin of high quality can efficiently be recovered from the polyolefin-containing industrial waste. CONSTITUTION:An automotive bumper (W) is introduced into a pulverizing part (10a) of an apparatus 10 for reconversion into resources and changed into a pulverized bumper (W1), which is then dipped in methyl ethyl ketone (S) stored in a dipping vessel 21 of a film layer removing part (10b). The methyl ethyl ketone (S) is then forcedly stirred at a high speed with a stirrer 22 to peel a polyurethane layer (C) from the pulverized bumper (W1). On the other hand, the side of the polypropylene resin material (P) is dried under reduced pressure in a dryer 50 to recover the recycled polypropylene (P1).
