PURPOSE:To prevent contact accidents at a crossing point by informing a driver driving at the crossing point of the presence, speed, types and quantity of moving bodies approaching the crossing point. CONSTITUTION:A moving body annunciator 10 is installed to a crossing point 16 where one road 12, which is not a priority road, such as a branch road is crossed with the other road 14 which is a priority road, such as a trunk road. A detection means 20 detects the presence of a moving body, such as a bicycle 18 which is moving at the crossing point 16.
