PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a honeycomb heater which can be used at a high temperature, by generating heat merely through the energization of both ends of a feeder member. CONSTITUTION:The subject honeycomb heater 1 consists of a feeder member 3 installed on a honeycomb body 2 of ceramic having a perovskite crystal structure and a volume intrinsic resistance value of 10<-2> to 100OMEGA.cm. |
