PIPELINE REPAIRING METHOD

PURPOSE:To economically and stably repair a pipeline by realizing the ideal showering of hot water using a hot water hose in the optimum length state. CONSTITUTION:The opening end of a pipe lining material 2 impregnated with a thermosetting resin is attached to a fixing jig 3 to form a hermetically closed space S by the pipe lining material 2 and the fixing jig 3 and a hot water hose 7 is inserted in the hermetically closed space S and compressed air or/and water is supplied into the pipe lining material 2 to expand the lining material 2 within a pipeline 1 by air pressure or/and water pressure. Hot water is showered or circulated from the hot water hose 7 to cure the thermosetting resin infiltrated in the pipe lining material 2 to repair the pipeline. By this repairing method, one end of a flexible hermetically closed tube 11 is attached to the outer periphery of the hot water hose 7 and the other end facing the outside of the hermetically closed space S of the tube 11 is folded back to be attached to the fixing jig 3.
