发明名称 FUEL INJECTION AND IGNITION DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE AND THE METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a compression ratio or thermal efficiency by opening an injection port of a fuel injection valve to a combustion chamber, arranging an ignition source in the vicinity of the injection port, igniting air-fuel mixture after injecting fuel, and thereby generating flame along injected fuel for improving penetrating force of the flame. CONSTITUTION:In an internal combustion engine, a piston 15 is housed inside a combustion chamber 21, while an intake valve 4, an exhaust valve 5, a fuel injection valve 2 and an ignition plug 3 are respectively arranged on a cylinder head 17 on an upper portion of the combustion chamber 21. The fuel injection valve 2 is connected to a fuel pump 27 through a pipeline, while a spill valve 38 is arranged between the fuel pump 37 and a fuel tank. The spill valve 38 and an ignition plub 3 are controlled by a control device 8 respectively through a spill valve control device 39 and an ignition device 27. Fuel is injected from the fuel injection valve 2 to the combustion chamber 21, while air-fuel mixture in the vicinity of an injection port of the fuel injection valve is ignited during the injection.
