DISPERSE DYE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain a dye composition which can dye satisfactorily without causing color differentiation combined or union fabric of polyester fibers of different deniers by mixing a yellow dye comprising two specified compounds with a specified anthraquinone dye. CONSTITUTION:The dye composition is prepared by mixing a yellow dye mixture comprising 20-60wt.% compound of formula I and 80-40wt.% compound of formula II with a blue dye mixture comprising 75-95wt.% compound of formula III and 25-5wt.% compound of formula IV and/or a red dye of formula V. In the formulas, X<1> and X<2> are each a halogen atom; R<1> is -C2H4CH or -C2H4 OCOC6H5; and R<2> and R<3> are each methyl or ethyl. This composition is suited for dyeing combined or union fabric of polyester fibers of different deniers, particularly a fine-denier polyester fiber and a regular-denier polyester fiber.
