PURPOSE: To obtain a lip care cosmetic compsn. having improved wear resistance, dyeing property and durability and improving the glossiness of cosmetics on the skin and a lip. CONSTITUTION: This lip care product contains 1-20 wt.% emollient such as octyldodecanol or lanolin oil, 10-20 wt.% wax such as candelilla wax, ozocerite or carnauba wax, 0.5-1.0 wt.% suspending agent such as polacrylate, carboxyvinyl polymer or cellulose deriv., 3-10 wt.% colorant preferably dispersed in castor oil and 1-20 wt.% alkylmethylpolysiloxane represented by the formula (1<=x<=50, 1<=y<=300 and 5<=z<=50). Preferably, this product further contains 40-60 wt.% castor oil, 0.1-0.5 wt.% preservative such as propyl-paraben and 0.05-0.1 wt.% antioxidant such as butylated hydroxyanisol.
