PURPOSE:To provide a material handling device for manufacturing electronic parts which can adjust the direction of a lead frame for a prescribed groove independently of the shape of a head part and carrying out sure setting. CONSTITUTION:In the state where a head part 4 is clamped by a clamper 1, a clamper bar 2 is closed so as to nip a lead frame 3 so that the interval 2d smaller than the width 4d of the head part 4 and larger than the thickness 3d of the lead frame 3 is opened (m6, m7). When the clamper 1 is released, the frame 3 lowers, and the undersurface of the head part 4 is caught by the bar 2. Then, a loading bar 5 is pulled up (m3), which is introduced into a groove 5a, and the bar 2 is opened (m8, m9). The loading bar 5 is lowered (m4), and the frame 3 is introduced into the groove 7a of a frame guide 7. |
