PURPOSE:To simplify assembly by folding a cushioning plate comprising a plurality of almost triangular connected parts having a cut so that their cuts align with each other to be overlaid. CONSTITUTION:A cushioning plate 3 comprising almost triangular connected parts 2 having a cut l is folded so that their cuts 1 align with each other to be overlaid to form a corner packing cushion D. The cushioning plate 3 is made of a cardboard material and has a core 4 as shown in the figure, wherein when it is folded to be overlaid, directions of the cores 4 mix perpendicularly to each other, so that cushioning property is almost uniform irrespective of a direction of force applied to the cushion D. To maintain an assembled form of the cushion D, it may be fixed by an adhesive tape or adhesive may be applied between overlapping parts. The cushion D is appropriately adhered to a corner of a base sheet 5 or a corner of an inner bottom of a package box, and a corner of a product to be packed is positioned on the cut 1. Therefore, the cushioning plates 3 may be overlaid so that the cuts align with each other. |
