PURPOSE:To produce a powder laminate having an inclined compsn. with good reproducibility by changing the component ratio of a slurry in repeating operation such that a slurry prepared by individually dispersing a plurality of raw material powders in a solvent and mixing the resulting dispersions in a desired ratio is injected to a target from an ultrasonic nozzle while heated in the course of injection to be laminated as a powder. CONSTITUTION:Respective slurries of raw material powders of the objective number of components are charged in respective raw material stirring parts 29 to be continuously stirred. A prescribed form 4 is placed on an X-Y stage 34 and heated by the heater 37 provided between an ultrasonic nozzle 32 and the X-Y stage 34. Next, the raw material slurries in the respective raw material stirring parts 29 are supplied to a raw material mixing part 31 by prescribed amts. by tubing pumps 30 controlled by a computer. The obtained mixed slurry is sent to the ultrasonic nozzle 32 by a micro-tubing pump 39 to be injected to the base material in the form 4.
