PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method for a pipe and a molding die for the pipe with smooth inner face by extruding pipe molded bodies molded by means of solidifying extrusion smoothly and continuously. CONSTITUTION:A resin pipe molding die device 1 consists of a mold 2 with a pipe 8 for a resin pipe formed inside and a sizing former 3 provided with a cooling device 6 and a mandrel 7 inserted inside, and the outer diameter of the mandrel 7 is formed smaller toward an outlet of the sizing former 3, and a cooling device 11 is installed inside the mandrel 7.
