<p>PURPOSE:To enable formation with high accuracy while suppressing the temp. rise of device constituting parts by forming molds of nonmagnetic heat insulating materials and forming a heating part as a magnetic field generating part for induction heating of a metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:The molds of the warm press forming device is constituted of the nonmagnetic heat insulating materials made of ceramics, etc. The magnetic field generating part 37 for induction heating of a flat mask 40 is embedded into a knock-out 31. The magnetic field generating section 37 consists of a high-frequency induction heating coil 38 and heats the flat mask 40 to a warm press forming temp. by the magnetic field generated by the high-frequency current supplied from a high-frequency power source 39. The main surface part of a mask body is subjected to flanging by means of a punch 30 and the knock-out 31 and further, the punch 30 is lowered to drawn out the peripheral part of the flat mask 40 to the drawing surface of the punch 30 and a die block 35, by which the skirt part of the mask body is worked by drawing.</p> |
