<p>This invention concerns a special mechanical device which can be fitted on complex multiple-operation transfer-type machines, or autonomously, such as sanders for the perimetrical wooden edges, of tables and/or chair seats. It follows the perimetrical profile of the elements to sand as they are made to rotate and, by means of a copying system, adheres to and sands the edges themselves on any geometrical configuration of transverse section and with curved-convex or convex plan form, or combinations of them.
