PIPE LINING MATERIAL, PRODUCTION THEREOF AND PIPELINE REPAIRING METHOD

PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe lining material capable of surely applying lining to a pipeline into which water penetrates and capable of being integrated with a branch pipe lining material and to repair a pipeline using the pipe lining material. CONSTITUTION:A pipe lining material 1 is formed so as to have an inside and outside double-pipe structure constituted of an inner layer composed of a tubular nonwoven fabric 2 formed from fine yarn with fineness of 3 denier or less and an outer layer composed of a tubular nonwoven fabric 3 formed from thick yarn with fineness of 3-15 denier and a curable resin having high viscosity and high thixotropy and mixed with a filler having a small particle size is infiltrated into the tubular nonwoven fabric 2 constituting the inner layer 2 and a curable resin mixed with a filler having a large particle size is infiltrated into the tubular nonwoven fabric 3 constituting the outer layer 3. The pipe lining material 1 is reversed to be inserted in a pipeline by fluid pressure and the curable resin infiltrated into the pipe lining material 1 is cured while the inner pressure of the pipe lining material 1 is kept constant.
