PURPOSE:To improve combustibility according to increase of a fuel supply pressure and to suppress reduction in port cooling in a fuel injection device, in which the second fuel injection valve is arranged on the upstream side in addition to a fuel injection valve facing an intake port. CONSTITUTION:A fuel, which is pumped up by an electromagnetic pump 22, of the predetermined pressure is supplied to a downstream side fuel injection valve 6 facing an intake port. On the other hand, to an upstream side fuel injection valve 8, which is arranged in an intake passage communicating with the intake port, a fuel pumped up by a mechanical pump 21, which is mechanically driven by an engine output, is supplied. In the mechanical pump 21, a discharge pressure, in other words, a fuel supply pressure is increased according to the increase of the number of revolutions of an engine. |
