PURPOSE: To obtain a coating drum capable of uniformly coating cooked pasta by setting one of opening parts at both ends of a double wall cylinder as an entrance and the other as a discharging opening, providing a lifter to each and fixing a pin at a right angle to the inner wall of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: One of the opening parts at both ends of the double wall cylinder 10 is set as the entrance and the other is set as a discharging opening with a restricted diameter with inclination, and the lifter is provided to each of them. The pin 32 is provided at a right angle to the inner wall of the cylinder to lift and mixing-turn cooked strand-like pasta 48 in a drum. A heat insulating material 16 is packed between the double walls of the cylinder in order to preserve heat. The drum is rotated through a trunnion ring 20 to coat the pasta by an acid spray 46, oil and a lecithin spray 56. |
