The formula of the incessantly disengaging preparation, which consists of an active physiological peptide:<IMAGE>where X is acyl group; R1, R2 and R3 is an aromatic cyclic group;R3 is D - the residual of amino acid, its formula is:<IMAGE>where R3' is a heterocyclic group; R5 is a group and its formula is (CH2)n-R5', where n is 2 or 3, and R5' is amino group, which does not necessarily have to be changed, aromatic cyclic group or O - glycosyl group; R6 is a group and its formula is (CH2)n-R6', where n is 2 or 3, and R6' is an amino group, which does not necessarily have to be changed;R7 is D - the residual of amino acid or azaglycyl; and Q is hydrogen or the lower alkyl group or its salt and biodegrading polymer, which has the terminal carboxylic group.The incessantly disengaging preparation has a long-lasting, constantly disengaging peptide without the initial strong dissociation. |
