In an automatic exposing device having an exposure sensor and a microprocessor, the automatic exposing device includes: two shuris wings each having a predetermined form of window and shifting in opposition to each other; a motor controlled by the microprocessor and driving the shuris wings in opposition to each other; an encoder disk for sensing a rotation state of the motor; a counter for detecting an encoding value recorded in the encoder disk and then indicating it to the microprocessor; and a ROM table connected to the micro processor and then storing the encoding value with the corresponding exposure value.
