PURPOSE:To obtain a ribosome having good retentivity in blood and good intake into a parenchyma cell of liver and improved in stability. CONSTITUTION:A ribosome coated with sterol (S) and/or sterolglucoside (SG), e.g. diparmitoylphosphatidyl choline ribosome. As S, one or more sterol derivatives selected from sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol and brassicasterol are used and as SG, one or more compounds selected from glucoside corresponding to the sterol are used. S ribosome has good retentivity in blood and SG ribosome has good intake into a parenchyma cell of liver. Consequently, when the ribosome is used as a medicine carrier, S ribosome is effective in sustained release of the medicine and SC ribosome is effective in targeting liver. |
