The instrument includes a bracket formed integrally with both side plates, a belt hanging fixation bending face, a non-shaft roller detachment preventing stand and a spring hanging stand; a belt hanging rotating/moving shaft; a spring; a flat belt; a non-shaft roller moving upwards and downwards freely without a center shaft; and a separation roller.</p> |
