The cooling system for cooling a radiator of the stirling module by water and efficiently cooling the radiator according to the changing of module volume, comprises a cooling-water supply hot-water receiving tank (t2) connected with inlet/outlet (16a,16b) of the radiator (16) via pipes (L1a,L1b); a cooling water main tank (t1) connected with the tank (t2) via the pipe (L2); a hot-water reserve tank (t3) connected with the tank (t2) via the pipes (L3,L5); a circulation pump (6) mounted at the pip e(L1a); 2-way temp. controlling valve (4b) at the pipe (L2); 3-way temp. controlling valve (4a) connected with the pipe (L4) and mounted between the pipes (L3,L5).
