PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a highly sensitive and stable analysis value and also to improve durability by providing non-ferrous conductor electrodes to concave parts of a couple of electrode parts of a sample atomizating device. CONSTITUTION:At the sides of graphite culvert 12 of a couple of electrodes 9 atomizating part 4, ring-shaped convex parts are provided and non-ferrous conductor electrodes such as graphite electrodes 21 are hermetically inserted into those concave parts by pressure. In addition, those graphite electrodes 20 come in airtight contact with graphite cones 11. The contact resistance between graphite electrode 21 and graphite cone 11 is small and that between electrode 9 and graphite electrode 21 is large and airtight. For the purpose, the electric contact resistance of the entire atomizing part 4 is reduced to heat graphite culvert 12. |
