The device loads and unloads an integrated circuit by automatically selecting the SMD plastic tube used in semicondutor fabrication process. This device comprises a limit switches (11) and (11') which operated by power and optic detector AND gates (12) and (12') and flip-flops (13) and (13') controlled by the limit switch, a spin cylinder (7) whose clockwise working direction coil (14) and counter-clockwise working direction coil (15) selects power by controlling the AND gates and the flip-flops.
