The process for sintering body without warpage and delamination comprises the steps of: (A) a film of any shape having removable agent is enveloped between green sheets; (B) after laminating, the homogeneous laminated layer is made by easily removing part of film having removable agent and can have good sintering body. The inserted film having removable agent is MYLAR.
