The surface active agent of anion of formula (I) is prepd. by: (A) reaction of fatty acid of formula (II) and alkali metal salt of hydroxy alkane sulfonate under Lewis acid as catalyst at 220-250 deg.C; (B) when bubbles form, mixture of dimethyl poly siloxane of formula (IV) or SiO2 powder of it is added to reactant.
