The apparatus for preparing biologically active water includes a water tank (1) with a partition to separate the tank made of ceramics to supply far-red rays to clean up, (2) two discharge tubes of 10000-100000 volt, 10-100 Hz with Au, Pt, Al or Cu placed in the tubes each in a separate room, (3) an infra red ray lamps at the top of the tank cover to sterilize the microbes grown in water. This apparatus serves clean, safe and biologically active water for drinking.
