4,4-Methylene-bis-(N-phenyl alkyl carbamate) of formula (I) is first synthesized by condensation reaction of N-phenyl alkyl carbamate and the methylenizing agentt in solvent that makes not hydrogen bond and ion exchange resin of sulfone acid type as catalyst, and separated by filtration in temp. range over melting point of N-phenyl alkyl carbamate. The methylenizing agent is formaldehyde, para-formaldehyde, trioxane, dialkoxy methane, 1,3-dioxane, hexamethylene tetramine. The ion exchange resin is that surface area to weight is 50 m2/g and number of sulfone acid over 3 meq/g.
