NEW PT(ь) COMPLEXES AND PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF

摘要

New platinum (II) complex of formula (I) having low toxicity and anti-tumor activity and being water-soluble, is prepd. by reacting dihalogeno diamine Pt (II) complex of formula (2) and silver salt (3) of 1,1-cyclo butane dicarboxyl acid under shading the light for 1 hr - 3 days at 50-70 deg.C. An equivalent ratio of (2):(3) is 1:0.5-1:5. R1 and R2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl group of C1-C4 and M is atom that can become monocation and Hal is halogen atom.
