The adhesive is produced by one-batch type and maintains low viscosity and also has excellent adhesion. The composition comprises: 20-50 of industrial starch and 1-10 of industrial clay and 1-15 of inorganic sol and 40-78 of water, and 0.1-1.0 of oxidant and 0.1-1.0 of adhesive enhancer based on starch as weight percentage. An inorganic sol is silica sol and oxitant is sodium persulfate, amonium persulfate, hydrogen peroxide. A condition of reaction is that temp. is 120-160 deg.C and pressure is 5-10 kg and agitating time is 0.5-2 hr.
