PROCESS FOR PREPARING AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILM

摘要

The aromatic polyamide film having high strength and elasticity by reducing growth of fibrill to a special direction by giving optical isotropy is prepd. by: (A) manufacture of polymerization solvent is made by dissolving inorganic salt in the solvent of amide group or amide group containing tri-amine; (B) the liquid crystal polymer of optical anisotropy (I) is polymerized from diamine and diacid chloride in solvent at low temp.; (C) the film is made and solidified and washed and dried. When solidified, (I) is converted to optical isotropy by leaving for 1-30 sec. at 40-150 deg.C.
