PURPOSE:To greatly shorten a blow molding process cycle by the necessity for once stopping a parison by preobviating-pinching at a time of high speed injection for introducing the parison into a mold by moving pinching blades in synchronous relation to the high speed injection of the parison to perform pre-pinching. CONSTITUTION:A parison 3 begins to fall and the leading end part of the parison 3 reaches the positions of photodetectors 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b before long. Wherein, pinching blades 5, 6 are operated to approach each other to grasp the parison 3. At the same time, a pinching blade lowering cylinder 10 is operated and the pinching blades 5, 6 begin to fall. The parison 3 is injected at a specific speed to continuously fall. The pinching blade lowering cylinder 10 is controlled so as to allow the pinching blades to fall at the same speed as the injection speed of the parison 3. The pinching blades 5, 6 pre-pinch the parison to fall at the same speed as the parison 3. |
