PURPOSE:To enable whether information is desired one or not to be readily judged by printing retrieval codes according to the need for copying in the case of retrieving information with the retrieval codes from a memory device and obtaining hard copies. CONSTITUTION:This is the apparatus which is so arrranged as to scan and expose the original in a scanner part 4, phtoelectrically convert the original images, store the electric signals having been photoelectrically converted in said scanner part 4 in a memory devcie 29 and hard-copy the signals from the memory device 29 and scanner part 4 by an electrophotographic systerm in the printer part 11, wherein the constitution is so made that in the case of retrieving the information with the retrieval codes from the memory device and printing the same the information may be printed in superposition with the retrieval codes according to the need for the information. Hence, the electronic printer which is capable of judging whether the copy obtained through retrieval from the memory device 29 conforms to the retrieval codes or not may be obtained. |
