PURPOSE:To provide a large difference between steering feelings at low and high speed running times by forming different two sets of throttle parts between the first/second valve members concentrically arranged of a rotary control valve for controlling supply/discharge of pressure oil in accordance with steering resistance. CONSTITUTION:In a rotary hydraulic control valve for controlling supply/ discharge of pressure oil relating to a power cylinder by relatively rotating an input shaft 2 and an output shaft through a torsion bar by steering, the valve has the first valve member 31 of tube shape relatively rotatably fitted to a valve housing and the second valve member 32 relatively rotatably fitted to the axial center of this member 31. Throttle parts A, A' to D, D' are formed between peripheral directions of an edge along the axial direction of recessed parts 50a to 50c in a side of the first valve member and an edge along the axial direction of recessed parts 51a to 51c of the second valve member. At that time, by setting a flow path area of the throttle parts A' to D' of the second set larger than that of the throttle parts A to D of the first set, steering force in accordance with a running speed is obtained. |
