PURPOSE:To make a device light in weight and low in cost by providing a guiding means such as a guide plate provided with a guide groove for guiding a guide base and a catcher part being a holding means holding the guide base. CONSTITUTION:The guide base is moved along a guiding member 103 whose leading edge part 105 is shaped like a cam as shown by a broken line while guiding a shaft part 32 by the guide groove 101 to position/posture at a specified position by the catching part 41 of a cylinder base 40. Since the guide base 30 is rotated by allowing the leading edge part 105 of the guide base 30 to abut on the guiding member 103 integrally provided with the cylinder base 40, a pin part is unnecessitated in the outer periphery side of the moving area of the guide base 30, and the device is miniaturized.
